Refunds / Cancellations

Cancellations are not allowed, once the order is picked up

Stores sometimes delay or do not update the stock on the website. This might sometimes result in the customer not getting a particular product. V-Daily would refund the entire amount of the item not available at the store. Refund would be initiated within 30 mins of intimation from the Store or from the customer.Customer gets the refund within 30 mins of the said time
